Does it seem busy yet?

Friday I did a CSX and a CMA 40

 

Yes, we are on a temporary overload of work at Kiswani, but my original comment was more in reference to the rails in general.....There's work, but not real busy at the rails......

 

Hey JJKid, were you one of the guys on the power only move on Tuesday?

 

I've been netting 1600 to 2200 on a average week. been slow. Work 4 days usually, 5 if I'm lucky.

Was told Sept it should get busier , but was told July should get busy too lol

 

I do csx, schneider mostly. Some barely jb hunt. I like schneider $$ wise. Csx is good because its usually a quick day. Jb hunt you need to work hard. Im in wisconsin sometimes 5 days a week

 

Id be ok with that. Even o/o

 

Its my first o/o job. It's better than being otr lol

Its so slow that they are on a hiring freeze and some have quit, maybe the grass is greener somewere else, But this place is good to me for the most part, so hopefully work will pick up on its own or enough will quit and I'll get busy that way lol ...

 

A hiring freeze?? Wow! I've seen lots of posts on Craigslist from companies looking for intermodal drivers and o/o's. I'm looking to sign up with triumph transport soon as an o/o.
