Your experienced? Seems low then...
But if it's a good solid company you could grow with might work out for ya long term. -
You could start out much higher then that. Look into Bt express out of Weatherford ok. They start at 40 cpm. They have their flaws like every other company but they've been good to me.
-
I don't have any experienced really
-
Yea I know I could start off higher but most of these other companies training period is longer than 4 weeks and I really don't need the training but I've have to take it because of no experience
-
How much driving experience and what kind do you have?
-
I've drove a flatbed before for about 2 months but the guy I worked for I left him because he wanted me to work on his trucks and drive and I wasn't going for that plus he didn't want to pay so I left but I dnt put him down on my application because he gave a bad reference to maverick transport sayin I didn't come to work which he lied so I can work for them until I get a full year with someone

.33cpm seems low to me, you said .03cpm increase in three months, what is the top pay and how long does it take to reach that? What about drop and tarp pay?
-
McElroy will start you around 50cpm and they have a dedicated Nashville ar account that is on average 400 miles out..deadhead back for drop hook preloaded trailer paid all miles. Pretty good gig.
-
I will have to ask about the drop pay but tarp pay is 20
