Yes, I started there straight out of school at 47 cpm.. No tarp pay which sucks, but they are a good company. You will be home every friday and saturday for 34 hr reset.

If you get the dedicated arkansas run, the loads are pretarped and loaded. You'll throw straps , add bungies and roll.

I don't remember the name of my recruiter. You'll most likely go to Cuba Alabama for training, but it could be South Pittsburg, TN.

McElroy truck lines = MTL = Must tarp load LOL
It sucked tarping with no additional pay but meh, the people were nice and always did what they said they would. That counts for a lot in this business.

We tarped almost everything~ But still, the high cpm for a newby and dedicated runs arkansas to texas and LA kept me around 900-1200 per week for 5 days. I'd still be there if I hadn't left to be an OO.

On the western side of the country, you can expect .35 to .40 cents. Depending on the company. The last company I was with was the only raises i got. Plus extra drop fee. NONE of them paid tarp or extra pick. The first 2 only hauled tarped loads. Mostly lumber and sheetrock and nucor steel. The second company was even nice enough to plastic wrap painted beams. So when you rolled through the scales you had SH-T flying around. And had to fix that. All 3 in northern Utah.

No recruiters. You'll talk to lance. He's the operations manager. Question are based on your situation. I'm not sure if they hire out of state or not so that's a big one but Arkansas shouldn't be a problem.
