It is true, some jobs at a mega-crap company are better then others. I don't know why anybody would give a rat's ### about working their way into the more creamy job. The fact is you are still working at a Mega and now you are working at a job within a job, for a Mega that could not give a crap about you. They have dozens of guys every week BS into and lined up for that job you think is so creamy.

In my opinion, the guys that have the better jobs at Mega-crap companies are major league ### kissers, with minor league working skills and little league trucking game. And, even if you lucked into the creamy position at a mega why would you want to stay in that environment. With ### kissers abound, mega crap rules, mega crap mentality, and working a job within another job; basically working two jobs for the price of one. That one job does not bring the appreciation you get from working out side the Mega.

48th on the list for another crappy job. Look elsewhere. Plenty of decent jobs out there. Leave. Take a week or 2 off and feel better about your life.

If that's the case, then he's stuck there until he either quits or another spot opens up.

This is actually the first company I have worked for with over 120 power units. I like the way hunt talks to me and its never a problem getting time off. This is actually the first real issue I've had with them. Other than the fact that the medical insurance is ridiculous

I only work for companies that treat me like family. Everyone waiting around for me to die so they can inherit something.
