Opti-Idle

If it's 90 degrees outside and your thermo is set at say 65, how often is the truck going to turn on and run for in between cycles? Does this still violate anti-idling laws?

Do you think all trucks will have APU's on them in the near/distant future to combat fuel prices, carbon emissions, etc?

 

I like piling layers of blankets on top of me at night and setting the temp for 60 degrees lol It's super comfy but makes me REALLY not want to get out of bed in the morning

That's at home, anyway. In the truck, I'd probably do what you do to keep the truck from turning on and off so much.

I can't wait to start driving lol. I just got my sister's old laptop working again (IBM Thinkpad) to take with me on the road when I get my own truck. Just need a Mobile Broadband connection now. I'm a computer tech junkie lol

 

Did you leave before they built the Arena? This area's starting to grow again every since it's construction. It's not great but at least it's getting better.

 

That may be true, but I never go into Wilkes-Barre anyway (unless I'm driving through). As far as drugs go, I wouldn't have a clue how bad it was in the past or the present. Hell, I never even tried smoking a cigarette, let alone doing anything that's not legal.
