    So the company doesn't exist, the report isn't on my mvr psp or dac and somehow it's still gonna hurt me. #### these companies must be psychic or something.

    However the company DID exist at the time of this accident. There is a good chance the accident is on a database somewhere. You honestly can't be certain one way or another this is why I called it Russian roulette. More then one driver has discovered this the hard way. Most carriers will overlook this but some once they see a dishonest answer will stop the process.

    if it is NOT on your DAC, i'd NOT worry about it. DO NOT mention it. they cannot get more information from a DAC report, than what is on it, and if it is past 7 years, only the name of the company will be there, so at the very least, YOU DO have to account for that time of employment.

    i cannot believe that when a reference call is made regarding you, that they will dig deep into your time there, other than start/end dates.

    you worry too much.
