Often we find the shortest path toward truth being satirical. This illustrates the dichotomy between real world variables and engineering attempts to control and preform complex operations while adjusting continously for real time variables.
Other than a few stretchs of I-80 out west ( NV & WY) the autonomous tractor is a fantasy of unworkable complexity. The only reason this concept even qualifies as salon conversation is the vested interest of engineering and manufacturing to justify R&D expenditures and for the designers and software engineers it's a justification for their very existence.

 

I don't remember an option on the ratings for "employees need to move their #### cars," but I could be wrong. You'd think after enough of them got hit they'd figure it out.
