I'm still working for them. They stopped hiring people and they are making everyone switch over next month. I've worked for them for over a year. Probably one of the few that's made it. But I do alot of drop and hooks and start moving. Plus I love close to a really good customer load.

That's good to hear driver I'm glad it worked out for you. So they are soon moving completely over to Celadon?

Yeah like another month or two. I have thought about switching but I don't want to go somewhere unless im 100% sure ill do better. They came out with an app for all there good customer freight. If it wasn't for that I would have left long ago

It's good to hear someone survived Eagle. I still have one of their pens. I left them and the road last summer, and I'm looking to go back out this summer. A wreck last summer is creating more rejection letters than opportunities. Turns out Celadon still lists me as an employee. Maybe I should call them...lol...

    Be safe. Have fun.

Yeah I miss my 75 mph LoneStar, I had started with Eagle last year in April when the hiring situation was at an all out fury. Had to leave for several months, then came back in Nov. and a lot had changed from when I left in July, no more LoneStars, but I did get a pretty good Cascadia with an APU, then a death in the family in Jan of this year and it was all over for being on the road. So now I work local and enjoy being home everyday, and take care of my mom.

if you owned your truck you could do really well but most didn't and most couldn't survive the steep payments
