I wear Ansell gloves year round. I'm lucky if I can get two months out of a pair.

I wear whatever the company buys. They're actually pretty good gloves. Towa is the brand name I think. I rotate 2-3 pairs, even in the summer. If I give them time to dry out, they last a lot longer.

I I had to buy my own, it would be frosty grips in the winter and Atlas fit in the summer.

Oh boy my self and another guy tackled 959 cases today. 393 of them came off at a big hotel then the rest of the day I had a small headache and passed out when I got home, I was tired. It's RNC Madness around here.

I put in my bid to go to Boston boss said stop in and see me when you get back, we were kind of late getting back today so I didn't get to stop and see him, but I will, will see what happens.

So Mike, Wednesday I got to go to your cousin GFS warehouse in Aberdeen, MD. Nice enough people but their palletizing scheme is insane. Nearly all our product is 6 cases by however high, on a standard pallet. Well, for some reason they felt the need to have everything 5x1 or 6x1, with the rare 2-high here and there. I'm so glad I was only delivering just under 200 cases.

I'm going to have to put GFS and Reinhart in the same slot here, with friendly employees, good attitudes, and people who genuinely seem to like their job. That is not the norm from my perspective going to food service places.

Saw a Werner with a 3 million mile sticker on the side of his tractor. I did the math and I said he was topped out at.45cpm. While LTL average is .60cpm. He would lose 850k in that time span plus imagine all that time away from home. Big head scratcher there.

I saw a prime truck yesterday morning that had a 250,000 mile safe driver decal on it. Kinda rolled my eyes.

Good thing, for sure, but not what I would consider much of a milestone.
