Replace the steers.
I have never, ever lost a steer. Ive spent company money on steers. Ive had bad steers with belt failure replaced the same day.
I don't give a *(&^% about the rest of the tires (I do but compared to the steers... Ive been ANAL about the steers...) I don't tolerate any bull with the steers. Hey.. I like that .. let's say it again, I don't tolerate the bull with the steers. -

It was pretty bad at 50-55 but got better the faster I drove.

A couple swipes with some sandpaper and id think those lttle scrapes are not even visible, but hard to tell exactly with the poor image quality.
