Got another flier in the mail...a wasted effort but corporate rationalize the expense in a effort to find warm bodies.
Hey GB, dump HHMG miles and spend on driver comfort if you want drivers . Increase cpm, get half decent operations centers, hire better and more support staff, avoid hiring marginal drivers. 1468528251499-605617764.jpg
Obviously driver Luzich doesn't work west of I-25.

How is this false advertising? I have never had a problem getting home ever, on top of taking a 34 hour restart every single week. The biggest problem I have is that when you do go home, you can be certain your paycheck is going to take a huge hit.

To be fair i went home every 2-3 weeks and always timed it so that I was gonna be out of hours one I got home, and was gonna have to sit for a 34 anyways.

But yes, unless your on a dedicated account, home time is a bad weeks paycheck.

"The freight is always available when I want it."
This is the most misleading statement and as I worked out of SLC and received a number of Q-com messages regarding soft freight and no assignments over the weekend...well I can only speculate this driver doesn't drive west of I-25.
Just more bending reality in an attempt to get drivers interested.
Couldn't agree more regarding the dichotomy of solid pay checks vs TAH; mutually exclusive yet most advertising touts them with the inference that they are equally obtainable.
SNI is not alone in this bait and switch approach to get drivers.
I only mention the flier as a former employee.

Just noticed something in the photo...is this driver wearing an intermodal patch?
Standing in front of a sleeper cab with Van Truckload below the offerings of solo-team, O/O, etc
    Wow, GB has no shame...lol

No wonder getting home isn't an issue.

Bwahahahaha....i laugh every time I see his ugly mug. Yes he's an Intermodel driver, I'm friends with him. He was asked to do some photos from Corp a couple years ago along with 4-5 other drivers. He's been with the company 16 years I think. Spent numerous years on GP dedicated and then moved over to Intermodel. Most of the photos you see are Photoshop in some way, he never posed with a van.

Both are false. Schneider is 3 for 3 with not getting me home on time and I don't need to start on freight is available when I want it...

He's wearing an intermodal shirt (you can see the emblem on his shirt sleeve) yet they slap his photo on a van truckload advertisement lol

No more than a month after they terminated my lease I was getting mail bombed by all sorts of fliers

    Little Eddy Thanks this.

I got the same flier. Apparently my employer doesn't know that I already work for them. That's reassuring.
