    A thought occurred to me; what are the optics to a potential driver of this lame and misleading recruiting flier?
    To any driver who might be considering SNI as their first driving job this flier most likely won't cross their path. For the new driver comments on TTR are more likely to influence their decision. And here is a criticism of corporate practices.
    If you already drive for SNI or are a former driver it is this kind of misleading and out of touch message from GB that has you investigating options or has already motivated your exit...
