You do know that they do random drug testing don't you? We have loads that are about 4 hour drive each way and pay $4+ per mile and loaded both ways. No strings attached, only one stop at each end. We have other customers that pay by the hour up to $135 an hour. Oh, and the brokered loads were legal size and weight. Just because you are unable to get more than $2 per mile does not mean that they are not there.
I have a friend that is pulling $2 per mile for ALL miles and has no lack of work and this is from a broker.
You are the one accepting the rate, not the fault of the broker. When are people going to take responsibility for their own actions? Get a backbone and learn a simple word.... NO!
Now my @TripleSix impersonation....
But I have bills to pay... Yeah we all do.
You have to stand up for yourself even if it means that you suffer in the short term. Sounds to me like more of a lack of a plan and knowledge.
Now stop the sniveling and get to work.
Owner Op say they want book no $1 or less a mile loads..Lie Detector says That's a LIE!!!!
