Yep, also YRC will take you. We are more towards getting newer drivers now cause experienced drivers can make more at the other LTL's. We had to lower our requirements to hire.

Yea that was why i came back im trucking was noticing people like crete and fed ex lowering and changing standards from 2 to 5 yrs recent otr to 1 yr or less. I figured maybe the pay went up but not exactly true everywhere.
I really appreciate your help in this. I have struggled to find the good paying trucking jobs who respect drivers.Radman Thanks this. -
Who might pay more out if San Diego, if you happen to know? I do have a contractor out of city of industry looking to pick me up after the 1st week of august as im out of the state right now and they are too on vacation. They said they have a new truck and they average 5000 miles weekly for their teams. When i mentioned the most miles i had as a team in one month ive been there he too was like that's not a living. The most was 4100 miles that was split and each driver gets 40cpm.
