Buck, I only speak for myself, and I encourage you to do the same. When you tell us "We want equality," it sounds as if you consider yourself the spokesman for millions of people you do not know.

Please. Equality? You're an American, it seems.

Trucking is what it is, a highly regulated industry. Probably an over-regulated industry, but there are so many trucks and so many problems coming from trucks that it's hard to find the right balance.

I find a lot of "equality" in this industry. Age? No discrimination. Ethnicity? No additional discrimination but in the USA ethnicity is a major issue, and trucking is no different. Still, pickup and deliver on time, be safe and compliant, a driver can work. Gender? Trucking work is available to all genders.
