One year anniversary ?

    What date is considered your one year anniversary? Is it the date you hired on with the company or is it the day you upgrade & go solo? Such as I hired on with Schneider May 23, 2016 so that's considered my hire date, but didnt go solo until June 27, 2016.

    You better call your company, there was a thread on here about a driver that quit after one year and his company charged him for his schooling as they said his year commitment ended later than he thought.
