CB Mic?

There be must be somebody else....but he sure did the trick on my radio.
RX is simply awesome with my sirio 5K mag mount.

 

In all my years of running Coast to Coast anytime I heard somebody 30 miles or greater it was either a stock radio or it was one of Mark's radios.
Anytime I heard a radio tuned by someone with formal training that had the proper test equipment I was lucky to hear that person maybe 15 miles.

Yes i have sold pretty much all my antennas, i am stuck with a set of striker from OKC.

Now running mag mount full time and i like it, comes the week end i put the ant in the cab hide the radio and sleep well.

Speaking of Striker antennas I'll bet you haven't heard this in a quite a while

 

the only power Mic that might work is a Astatic red devil on something like a connex 3300 more power than that like a 80 watt radio their worthless. on a cobra 29 ya might as well let $65 blow out the window of your truck buy 3/4 red devils and use them for a wheel chock...

 

That and tom having arguments with all locals on the air.

That man has a bad temper.....seen him many times cussing yelling at customers.
