    I've heard of this, for satellite. If I remember correctly from my days of pirate TV, it would change the polarity of the LNB... but I'm lost how that helps CB. Stop holding back, whats it do?

    Phase is super critical in setting up a test bench contrary to what other technicians would have you believe. This perfectly explains why none of the ham guys or the guys that worked for NASA or guys that worked for the government on super sensitive Communications equipment are capable of replicating a factory tune.
