Funny you said that. For 6+ months before I got picked up, that's what we did. But when we figured out how much we were paying on transport fees, I got hired on. I think at one point, we spent $20,000 in one month farming stuff out.

Yeah, but did that carrier destroy any McLarens?

I used to work for them. They had a truck burn up full of Audis on Alligator Alley. Stuff just happens. Can't knock the carrier because a driver was negligent. They obviously didn't make the mistake. He made that mistake one time...he didn't get another chance to do it again.

    Terry270 Thanks this.

An "Ultra luxury and exotic" dealer should be willing to spend enough dough for a new trailer, or whatever it takes.
They want to sell high dollar cars and deliver with junk.

I'd love to see a delivery to a customer that is paying big dollars for a vehicle being done with a trailer that has a rotted floor and twisted frame.

    rabbiporkchop Thanks this.

    Nope
But there are plenty of trailer dealers that do.

That's where you usually find them. Thanks for the input.

That would be good for what we need. Just install an escape door and we are in business. We have an open featherlite that we use for the time being with a shield in the front. The enclosed isn't being used. It won't be worth to fix it, so it'll be scrapped. That's an excellent trailer. I know they make nice stuff, but at a premium price.

PM me I know a few dealers with some nice trades. I deliver new from the manufacturer and can get very good deals on new as well. I just bought a 8x20 for a couple hundred over dealer cost. Now the fun begins pack it and move half way across the country.
