Can I request a new recruiter?

    My recruiter for Swift isnt being helpful at all. I had called ahead for some general info and was told since I'm from NY the closest school is in Indiana, ok cool great. Now that I've talked to the assigned recruiter first he touched base with me and said he'd call me back yesterday, never called. So I emailed him and he told me that there isn't a contracted school in my area and go to a local program then try to get hired and get the tuition reimbursement. So I replied and said I was told originally I'd be sent to Indiana. He responded telling me he'd look into it and see. Can I request someone who maybe will be more helpful and actually have answers?

    Yes, you can request another recruiter.

    Plenty of other, better companies will be happy to supply one.

    Putting up with crap from a recruiter is laughable if you are a qualified driver .
    Snotty recruiters I've hung up on in the past years include .
    Dart
    Swift
    Decker
    Christiansen
    Hogan
    Makes me wonder where they find these jackoffs lol

    I'll PM you my old recruiters direct line.
    She was honestly great for me, very patient and personable.

    The school they'll send you to is called C1. I did a write up about my time there. It's a good school, I didn't stay in the hotel but from what I heard don't expect much out of it if you go haha

    Find a better training company. Starting out with swift Ull get 1900 miles and stay out for weeks, at least so I've heard. Don't do cre either lol
