If its not on your dmv printout your fine. Its common sense its not magic.

 

DAC will have incidents that do not get recorded on your DMV printout like those that may have happened on private property.

Its best to get a copy of your DAC report to see what a potential employer might see, especially being you can get a copy for free once a year.

 

Yes! I just ordered my free copy from Hirerite. There is no more DAC company. They got sued for reporting false information on drivers. A few weeks later I recieved a letter in the mail. There is a class action suit that has been settled with DAC. If I join the suit I can get a estimated $60! Darn that is a case of beer and nachos!

 

I never said there was a company named DAC, I said there is a DAC report that was free to get. HireRight bought out the original company that did DAC and DAC is the name that HireRight uses for their driver employment history file so there is still a DAC Employment History File. So a DAC report is just 3rd party bs. HireRight does alot of background checks for companies. They r a 3rd world company i hear. I hope the get their ##* sued good for that Dac stuff. Again if its not on your DMV your good.
