I went to there orintation decided to leave as did a few other drivers I didn't think they were a good company
-
What was wrong with there company
-
You sign a document stating your are responsible for up to 500 dollars damage to truck or cargo but they said they could charge you whatever they wanted to. Also they have cheap equipment snap binders instead of ratchet binders. High health insurance and low miles I believe the fleet average is 2200 miles per truck only 20 for tapping and most loads are tapped.
In the end I didn't think it was worth it. -
Pay check wasn't good either wht were you averaging a week
-
Every flatbed I research on has more than 4 weeks of training I already kno #### about flatbed just the man I was working for wasn't goin to give me a good reference so what if I get 4 weeks of training with Paul and dnt like it can I go somewhere else and want have to do training again
-
-
So does the first month count 1st week orientation 2nd week hands on 3and4th week otr
-
Some companies won't officially hire you until you're done with training. -
Oh ok cool thanks well the company I'm goin to some says there good and some say they not so i will just have to see for myself
