Your company policy needs to be nothan leaves till its payed for. The large companies will sink you if you get in to deep. The dont like to look at invoices till they are 120 days old. And your bills are do in 30.

 

One thing no shop ever seems to be able to do,,offer complete under carraige degreasing prior to repairs,,this allows you to see things that are often overlooked in repairs,and the customer sees a nice clean repair,,take the time to paint the new parts,,or the valve covers/oil pan if you remove them,making sure not to paint ECL labels,,nothing worse than spending good money on repairs only to see more greasy fingerprints on it than it had when it came in the shop

 

Btw i dont mean to scare you. If this is what you wanna do and determined. Go for it. Never know what it could lead to.
