You'd think one of these days our office idiots will learn that if you put hardwood flooring on a truck with 17 other drops in it, about 5 of those other drops are coming back.

But that will never happen unless one day it is THEY who have to unload that flooring by hand.

A Falcon truck (van) was running down the road with plastic the doors were closed on hanging down completely covering his trailer lights. Falcon is one of 'those' companies so I knew I wouldn't get a response on the radio but I tried anyway. That kind of #### is one of the ONLY types of things that actually piss me off (I'm pretty easy going).

Seeing trucks in collisions or ditches are another one of those things.

Unfortunately, the number of "those" companies with drivers that can't spell "CB" are on the rise.

I have entirely too much pride even as the driver of a spring ride single screw pulling a 45' with a liftgate to be lumped in with that bunch.

That's not a real big concern here, thankfully. Single screws don't get used for linehaul here unless I do one myself.

It's equal parts hilarious and sad when you get after one of "those" drivers on the CB (especially when they are on their phone, swerving off the road) and they erupt at you like you are the bad guy.

bzinger and MACK E-6 Thank this.

"You want to see it untarped? YOU untarp it! Then you're going to RETARP it when you're done. Otherwise, you can follow me to the receiver and have a look when I untarp it there, but I am NOT untarping this (or any other) load here on the side of the road just to satisfy YOUR curiosity."

I only tarp a load one time, and I only untarp it one time. Anyone else wants it done again in between, it's on them. If they don't want to do it either, it ain't getting done.
