There if a bar band, even a one hit wonder, that plays on lower Broadway in Nashville. The Bass player for them owns the property that adjoins mine in Cheatham county. Got Randy Travis across the creek and Robert Ritchie bought the hill we connect too.
No Apartments, growth proof land, about 2000 acres and great freezer filling. It's good to live in Tennessee folks.
Big G Express Shelbyville, Tn So far........

Yes it is...
I built my house in 2000 for $70k.
3 bdrm
2 bath
Added a 3 season room
Was appraised for over $170k now since everyone is wanting to move into central Tennessee.
My daughter is looking for a home in any county adjoining Davidson and everything starts at $300k... -
East Cheatham county, right next to Davidson. It's all hilly but usually enough flat for a house. Both sides of the river.
-
Putnam county is close enough for me.
We still have very low property taxes without all the riffraff.. -
How are things at Big G? I've been following this thread for awhile and it seems like a good company. It has come time to part ways with my current company and I am going to apply with them. Just wondering if the miles are still going good
tow614 Thanks this. -
We get all we can legally run.
I have been here 2 years and have never sat waiting for a load. -
Thank you for the response. I think I read earlier in the thread that they do not have driving facing cameras. Is this still true?

July looks to be yet another consistent productive month.
Total for the month will be approx 11761..next load will drop at our yard and should finish out the month.
If another load gets dropped for hometime those miles will go up an additional 250 ish, I am anticipating a Monday delivery on the load after next hence no additional miles for the month.
Had the recall done on the truck, ecm water intrusion possible on the one I am in, have had zero issues with truck since getting it... I have just under 29k on the odo now.
Still looking for something to complain about and I will repeat my only complaint here again.. .Short mile pay...some trips arent as bad as others but it is something I have an issue with coming from a company that prides themselves on being Driver Friendly...Short miles is NOT driver friendly IMHO
It could be the deciding factor for a driver looking to come here..though not a deal breaker for myself personally it is something that bears consideration looking at the WHOLE package.
These guys DO plenty of other things to make the choice easier.
ytd 77128 ish

stuckinarut and tow614 Thank this. -
I dont even look at the mileage difference anymore...
I got over 21k on my new truck now and that is after taking ten days off for vacation.
I have gotten use to the wingman system and must say i rather like it. They still haven't got my forward facing camera working and don't know when it will.
I am coming on my second year anniversary here and unless heartland buys this company i plan on retiring here.... I say that because they bought the last company i was at for five years. I would never consider working for those people.Livininabox Thanks this.
