    2003 I think it was. I'll have to double check that. Working for ADESA that year my buddy Earl (*I kid you not, that was his real name and had equal time I did on the road up to that year he is probably still running the big road.)

    He explained that if you are caught yapping into a Call it's 7500 dollars fine.
