    When you come to a stop with you foot on the brake and it in 1st push the + button. It should shift to 2nd and stay there till you turn the truck off. Truck i use to drive was set to start in 2nd, I would do this when empty to start out in 3rd.

    The issue im having is the truck will start in first and when the transmission is warm it will go all the way up to 2000 rpm and hold there for 3-4 seconds before it shifts. When the transmission is a little cooler it will shift from 1st to 2nd normal without holding the rpm for a long period of time. I'm going to try to program with the software tonight and check the oil level in the transmission. This truck is going to head over to New Mexico and back some time this week so I need to make sure it won't have any issues.
