Thanks for the information driver. When I did drive for them, back when Vernor Sawyer was part of there division I never had a problem with miles. I hear that they do two phases for there refresher program now. A written test?

 

it was a week long most of it road time some class room and at the end road and written test it was real easy for me anyway I think most of us got over 90%.. I remember Vernon Sawyer ugly green trucks never knew they had anything to do with kllm/ffe but I was out of otr since 04 till last years

 

Where I live they pay $260 a day salary for local work. Doesn't seem so low to me. Lot of the guys say they'll even do some 4-5 hour days and still get the $260. Home every night unless you want a long hual.

they are both owned by guys who own southern tire mart and pretty much run as separate companies now anyway she never worked for ffe because she would had to go through thier orientation but we do share terminals and sometimes trailers...lol

 

that is their intermodals division mostly railroad to costumers or vice versa

Basically it is. I just wanted to clarify.

 

I never got involved in the whole Facebook thing. I only occasionally watch her videos on Youtube. I think she is full of it. She's already swearing up and down that LTI is the best when she was in the hotel room for orientation and didn't drive a single mile for them. At least drive a few months for a company before you start recruiting drivers there. Most of these Youtube trucking superstars need to be taken with a grain of salt.
