OD permit new York state

Thanks to the CMV enforcement official for not voiding my permit. 30,000 pound load . Permit has trailer axles at 4-6 actual is spread at 9-1. Legally can carry more weight spread. Smokey says that doesn't matter. Totally my fault assuming logic might prevail. Thanks for not voiding permit and allowing me to wait for a new permit with correct measurement.
Lesson learned.
Can anyone tell me if this violation is CSA or just in state of New York.
I had an Iowa permit violation a couple years ago and that did not show up on my CSA.
Doesn't really matter to my score, just curious.
