Yes,you can change your on duty to off duty, AS LONG AS YOU DID NOT APPROVE THE LOGs!!!
Just trim your on duty time and you'll be good with your 70 hoursLepton1 and NavigatorWife Thank this. -
NOTHING.
Stop at the end of time and stay.
I'll have some of the popcorn too... -
it sounds like you might be leaving the e-log on-duty when you are actually not on-duty. If that's the case, edit it. Do what you log and log what you do, right? Been at a shipper who takes 6 hours to load and you nap for most of it??- I'd log that time sleeper because its the reality.
Lepton1 and NavigatorWife Thank this. -
The first and most important rule of trolling is making it believable. You my friend have failed. If you really wanted to figure out how to get forty minutes down the road you would have done it. It's not a European style onboard recorder.sourdiesel Thanks this.

Thats what I would do as long as it was before you started driving. If you had started driving you're kinda pooched. I wouldnt make a habbit of editing things but a little here and there aint no big deal. Just pay closer attention to pickup and delivery times in the future and ether see if dispatch can change them to fit your times or get you a different load.

Simple, hammer down. Oh wait, you are governed right?
wore out Thanks this. -
You may be able to edit pre and post trips that aren't submitted to help. If it's a mega just send them a message and they will take care of it. After all they care more about the freight anyways.

Unplug it and hammer down, #### em
Giuseppe Ventolucci and Bakerman Thank this. -
Stop at the truck stop, grab some loose leafs and a pair of snips, cut the wire with the snips and hammer down!
Florida Playboy Thanks this.
