yeah I got the 15 degree tilt on the 40 inch but I can still click a 13'9 bridge.. Chicago that's where I run out of. I'm gonna buy the stainless steel bracket and slide it down 4" that should put me where I need to be at. the whole unit should be more stable after I do that too.I'm staying with the 40" pole mount...I'll compensate and adjust however I have to ....... got a ground strap onto the driver's door. but I'm gonna hunt down more strap double it up on drivers door.then throw one good strap on the passenger door.....these are such wonderful trucks we drive..............not.

actually those teeth should bite the connecter threading coming out of the back of the radio...... you have turn it and you'll know when it bites. it's precise

stud.jpg Wasnt referring to the back of the radio,i ment on the ant stud side..Look at the pic and see that flat surface..No place for the teeth of the pl259 to set into...So i was gonna file them down but got to thinkin..Why the screw on part that attaches to ant stud will offer a good solid connection..
