Who Has Security Clearance?

What if you already have a mil. secret clearance? Is there a load of fresh documentation?

 

We used to haul out of Depots for the Military, it is a given that there was security on me at one time. Long ago. But.. actual in hand security higher than Confidential and beyond? Forget it. Ive been escorted by Feds who knew what was in the box and I knew only what was the weight, nothing else on the bills of lading other than ship it's due to go on or another Depot.

Im good for security clearnaces in life, but I refuse to go and get one. There is literally no call for it. besides I wont be around that much with my big mouth anyhow for it.

Be warned, once you sign that security and get cleared, you are going to learn stuff you cannot talk about for life usually. Even after the job you hold the clearence with is done and over you still cannot talk about it.

 

Dunno, but I've towed for the FBI and dea. I've also been on the north runway at Logan International Airport. Picking up and delivering equipment. What fun it is as the planes take off and land.... the clearance and training to get in there is a blast.
I want this top secret clearance. Lol

 

Friendship Airport was in the time until the early 70's where we kids would walk out onto the upper deck, a second floor with the 727 about 20 feet away below us being loaded and fueled etc.

It's now KBWI and there is no way in hell anyone is gonna walk up to a jet now.

 

Usually the customer will require if the driver needs a clearance. We had one driver that was required to have a confidential clearance because he would load up the truck and trailer with diesel and go up to the Nevada Test Site and take a paved road and disappeared. Funny he always came back empty.
