Abilene trucks run 68 mph which is an excellent recruiting tool these days.MidWest_MacDaddy Thanks this.

Agreed, I complain alot about my slow truck,but I smile,when I pass a cop,hiding in the bushes,with a laser gun.
gillz107, MidWest_MacDaddy and Chinatown Thank this. -
Good company and if you have driving experience, but not current, they offer a short refresher program to get back up and running.
@OP ... I would be happy to answer any and all questions if you would like to consider Abilene... Been here right at a year myself.
@TROOPER to TRUCKER thanksTROOPER to TRUCKER Thanks this. -
I like the fact that this forum has a member such as @Chinatown. Because of him, this forum sometimes has expansive job suggestions for new drivers to apply for. If it werent for him, non-member would browse the site and not learn about the plethora of OTHER companies.
The home page on this site has job lists and application links to most megas. Perbaps that should change. I think the Admins of this site should seek advice from @Chinatown to update the usual trucking companies lists.Teddy_Salad, DustMyBroom and Broke Down 69 Thank this. -
Thank you, but how I am going to get home. They don't have terminal in Florida.
-
The same way the rest of our Drivers from Florida get home... In their truck, normally under load.zigstar Thanks this.

Tyson Foods out of Springdale Arkansas

That works only if he has space to park a truck in front of his house. Between Crete and Roehl I'd definitely go with Crete. Not only is the terminal an hour from his house but based on the fact Roehl likes to micromanage their drivers.zigstar Thanks this.

I've been passing Crete trucks - like prime 57mph speed....what's going on
