Heard good and bad.
I believe there was a post here or another board last year how they brokered a ld. Then demaned more money before they del.
Also some pilot cars say they have been slow paying them.. -
They are about 10 miles from my house. They operate as a OS and Specialized hauler and also as a flatbed company. Never heard any good or bad about them. The only down side I see is that they have company trucks, so the good freight will go in those to maximize profits before you will see them.
I do know they haul a lot of steel beams out of Nucor in Blytheville, AR as well. -
SHC i talk to a guy last night that hauls them 60ft beams to the carolinas but hauls broker freight back
-
Yeah, i run into a lot of their guys on 55 at Matthews, MO. They all seem happy, but told me you have to watch your equipment at the terminal yard because other company drivers swipe straps and chains (off the company trucks only i was told)..... I spoke with them a few years back about getting into 10 axle heavy haul as a company driver but they told me all the heavy haul positions were full. But were more than willing to hire me as a O/O doing step/flat work. i passed on the offer only because I had no experience at that time.
