Wil Trans owner is great friends with Rob Low. Gets his trucks from Prime and sells to Wil trans drivers for almost $100k more. Catch is there isn't a down payment but truck payments will total $240k over s5 years...Yikes

I knew the megas constantly cycle through each other's drivers but never knew about trailers. As far as that $240k flease truck deal, count me in too!

Old thread, but yes, sometimes companies pull other companies trailers. In my case, there are two companies, one that handles the longer haul shipments and one that hauls the more local short haul freight. They don't want to have to request a certain trailer in a certain door for a certain load, so we have a reciprocal agreement, where we pull both trailers and the other company pulls both trailers.

It makes it much easier for everyone, especially in a fast paced, highly productive operation.

I doubt it was your driver's fault. It's just a force of habit for Swift equipment. :p
