This is an email I received today From Baxter. I also called some of the agents listed for them on DAT and strangely some already are working for other brokers now in just one day. Imagine that ? When I talked with the last agent I dealt with he said he had been getting calls for awhile about carriers not getting paid. I thinking about filing suit against him, shipper and consignee for negligence. Have to wonder where the money went it appears it was a planned thing. There should be thread here to keep up with these brokers who go from place to place cause they are getting paid and guess who isn't ? my best guess would be if I get anything it will be in the area of 20 dollars. If we boycott interlogs usa they will go away in a hurry.

More on Network FOB and Interlog USA

Network FOB appears to be closing its doors leaving hundreds of carriers unpaid. We have been told the unpaid freight charges total approximately $5 million.

Interlog aka Network FOB, has threatened to file a lawsuit against Baxter Bailey & Associates if we disperse this email to our carrier clients. However, the information contained in this email is neither based on opinion nor speculation. Everything contained in this email is information provided by Network FOB, Interlog USA and Interlog USA's attorney.

When we contacted Interlog USA last week, Mr. Canfield with Interlog denied any involvement with Network FOB and reiterated the same in in his email dated July 13th (email below)

However, In 2014, the Jacksonville Business Journal, Transport Topics, American Trucking Association, and MHC reported Network FOB purchased Interlog USA.

The day after we received Mr. Canfield's, email, we received a letter from Interlog USA's attorney. In his letter he confirmed Network FOB currently has ownership in Interlog USA. What is it? Interlog USA's attorney says Network FOB has ownership in Interlog USA. Mr. Canfield, with Interlog USA says the completed opposite.

Taken from Interlog USA's attorney letter to Baxter Bailey & Associates dated July 14th:

"Network FOB purchased a non-majority share position in Interlog USA and has been an extremely passive investor. We expect that Network FOB's shareholding interest in Interlog USA will discontinue in the near future."

We have a recorded conversation with Interlog USA. Interlog's employee told Baxter Bailey & Associates Interlog USA merged with Network FOB the previous year. Which is consistent with the published news articles and the letter from Interlog USA's attorney.

We also have been told that some of the Network FOB's officers are aligning themselves with a major transportation company located in GA. We will keep you posted.

We are not saying Interlog will or will not pay their bills. We are simply informing carriers know that there is a connection between Network & Interlog USA.

    Transport Topics Published 10/02/2014
Network FOB, a Jacksonville, Florida-based logistics firm, has acquired international transportation company Interlog USA Inc. Terms were not disclosed. Network FOB said it acquired the Minneapolis-based company to be able to offer Customers Ocean and air services as well as international shipping. Founded in 1995, Interlog arranges full-service international and domestic shipping for manufacturers and receivers. "To say we're excited would be an understatement," Jim Handoush, Network FOB's CEO, said in a statement. "Interlog embodies exactly what it takes to ignite the enthusiasm of our agents, and we're thrilled to begin offering ocean and air services to our customers."

Please be careful, using Network's inaccurate press release info one thing. Advertising and falsely promoting that we are Successor Company is complete different thing.

I was 100% honest with you. There is no Network FOB ownership or management affiliation with Interlog USA.

We will not be directly or indirectly handing any domestic freight from their agents or customers.

If Network FOB or Interlog USA owes you, it is important to contact me, we can help!

    Regards,

    Bill Ivey

This is a list of companies that Tim Taylor of Network FOB is the listing agent. They are out of the address: 837 5th Avenue South, Suite 202, Naples, FL, 34102.

    Abigail Express LLC

    Dodat Process Technology LLC

    Black Knight Specialized Haulers,LLC

    Tango Tango Aviation,LLC

    In-House Trucking,LLC

    Internet Freight Network,LLC

    King Span,LLC

    Govt Carriage Div,LLC

    Columbia Freight Lines, LLC

Rising Sun Systems, LLC at 6622 Southpoint Dr. South Jacksonville,FL 32216 is listed as the parent company for Network FOB. Also with Tim Taylor as the listing agent.

    I would avoid these companies.

These claims actually are not true. Interlog USA and Network FOB were two completely separate entities with separate management. Interlog USA was harmed by Network FOB closing their doors too. You can ask for full proof from them and they'll give it to you. Debt collectors are simply pursuing them because they have no one else to place the blame on.

@cfleming couple of things. 1st how do you ask a company that closed its doors to corroborate anything when they went out of business?

2nd over 2 years old. And nobody has updated much of anything on this thread. Maybe you are right but how would we even know?
