Usxpress new driver

The problem with any mega and not just US Xpress is besides money...the driver is just a warm body behind the wheel. I had to laugh when the terminal manager of Springfield came in during orientation back when I was there and said the number one thing drivers want is to be treated good and not pay.
In the trucking industry usually...the smaller the company the better the pay.

I've been with Usx for almost 3 months now . If you want to make a decent paycheck you have to prove to your Fm you can make the loads on time every time. I get 2000-3000 miles most weeks. Last week I did 3596 miles made over $1100.( gross was $1500.00)and no I don't take per diem. You have to be willing to stay out longer than 3 wks though to get good miles 2
With this company . but I'm also an experienced driver to . and I stay out 60-90 days to though. If you have a good Fm they will keep you running. My truck only goes 64 mph where most others goes 65 mph. So it can be done. Eat, sleep, drive , safely of course. And I'm a solo.Drvr. . Hope that helps

Do you no if US express has a lease option and if they do can you pick and choose your own loads
