F*** that idle Policy! My DBL told me my idle is of fuel or whatever it is, is at 60% when the average for our terminal is less than 40%. I'm like oh Freaking well... I CANT nor Will I sleep in a burning hot truck. This B**** had the nerve to tell me how about try parking In areas where there is Shade... I'm like you really sound like a DUMB ### right now ! I don't care about no dang bonus but I will NOT be uncomfortable to save 1-2 gallons of diesel.

Is mine set up differently? I don't have a target number anywhere. This is all I see in costs:

There's nothing above or below those graphs. I checked on a computer as well, same thing.

Just below mpg graph click on graph view. Change to first option. It'll show your mpg standard every month and total miles driven

Everybody in the office should be mandated to spend a couple summer nights in the truck to experience what we experience. Then pull this idle policy BS.

A hot or cold driver is not a well rested driver. A fatigued driver is not safe. That should have been the end of that conversation. Looking for a perfect shady spot to park a 70+ foot rig makes as much sense as telling your "DBL" to plant many tall shade trees around her house to not run the A/C in the summer.

I don't know about your truck, but If it's 90 out its about 120 in the cab. I'm idling I don't care what they say.

So does sni not have any kind of cooling for the cab with out the truck idling? I'm wondering cause thinking of signing up with em. There is no way though if their a bunch of nazis about idling and there is no kinda apu or anything.

The new trucks have cooling, some older trucks do as well. My dbl hasn't said a word about idling, just that it affects your bonus.
