This. Friggin. Guy.
What do you plan on pulling with that? That trailer is putting you over gross empty.
Maybe I've got it all wrong. He must be bringing his thanksgiving table around with him for all of his inbred cousins

I believe his transmission. I mean it's a dodge...
Jk I think he actually fell asleep with his fan on and the battery died, no one would jump him... I wonder whyBroke Down 69 Thanks this. -
To know how much he can gross you have to know how much the trailer can haul in combination with the axle weight of his drives. Those that run hot shot usually have that dialed in pretty well.
My company runs a lot of hot shots and mini floats. Any light load that needs to be expedited to the oil patch that doesn't require air ride generally goes with hot shots or mini floats.
Many of them claim they make more net profit than when they ran big rigs. I don't quite buy that, but for oil patch runners I believe they make more money than big rig O/O's trying to survive off load boards, and certainly better than being on low fixed pennies per mile leased on with major carriers.Dominick253, John Dewart and texasbbqbest Thank this. -
Could be a single axle 1 ton.
I never knock a guy trying to hustle and do his own thing.
I started with my Silverado 1500 1/2 ton pick up pulling a 22ft car trailer. Started with ads on Ctraigslist. I'd load anything that would fit on my trailer.
Those pics show my humble beginnings.
I saved up enough to buy a single axle Volvo day cab and 4 car hauler. That was back in 2009.
Today I have a 2005 Columbia with a 2013 Fontaine 53' Step. We all started somewhere. I earned everything I have on my own. I never knock a guy trying to work.
