Call them and explain your situation. Good chance it will be cancelled.

 

They can and will fine the co. for past paper/work, vol. driver files not comp. they live off of fines and taxes collected

 

We'll when they did my audit I had no drug testing program why didn't they fine me or issue a warning?they don't issue fines on a safety audit what don't you understand.

 

Your trying to compare apples and oranges.there no fines issued on a safety audit,dot safety audit has nothing to do with ifta your making a lot of mute points

 

Call them and tell them that a storm floded your garagevand all ppw was destroied ...

Curious, (ignore State Audit)...what if, the Bad Carrier closed their doors, (hire drug users as drivers, hire active DWI drivers, drivers whom do not hold a CDL, run illegal logs, haul Haz-Mat Materials and/or Liquor without a license.) should the State Agency just turn away & put their heads in the sand.
