So... I just got told I can't insert shipments anymore unless it is for an immediate cancellation. No more "added revenue" insertions. That's awesome, given the ####ty outbound lane I live in... then again, I never asked to be on Choice, either.

 

We all know sni isn't perfect but this crying whining fest is really becoming a laughing joke...it's really pathetic.

So those of us who don't live right next to an OC should be fine with getting it broke off in us to get to the house? Some of us actually have to put in quite a bit of effort to get to and from the house, and when those methods starting getting taken away...well itheres definitely a few things I would call it but a laughable joke isn't one of them.

 

Point blank...if you're not going to do something to better your situation as in going elsewhere you think is better for you but complain about your situation...then you have no one but yourself to blame for it..

 

That's a good way to live. Don't bring a problem to attention, run away from it. Noted.

 

You never complain? Seriously? Also... for what it's worth, I DIDN'T APPLY FOR OR EVER ASK TO BE ON CHOICE. Let that sink in a little while. They dropped the bomb on me that I was going on Choice, period, 4 days after I bought a new truck. I think I can grumble now and then.

 

Plus, they just added the insert shipmement feature like 5 months ago and now we can't use it? Good stuff.

 

That, and it has been "outsourced" to the Philippians in the past few weeks. Now, it takes a lot longer to get a response from them, though it's going to be "no" when you do get it unless it's for a cancellation.
