I'm paid cpm but we all know the rock and hard place I'm stuck between. With my company being 100% load board. And crap load boards to boot. I am happy to be cpm. I've had my fair share of 200+ mile deadheads and I know for a fact I've hauled a few loads around a buck a mile. With a better company with better loads and direct customers I'd agree on percentage.
