British Racing Green,... Not.

I have to be honest here. Green is probably one of my least favorite colors. It reminds me of so many of the cruddy cars that came out in the 70's. Pine green with poo green interiors. Oh,.. and dont forget the vinyl green top to match.

My foster mother had a green Granada with a green landau half vinyl top. Next to maybe a Cordoba or Pacer,.. it was probably one of the ugliest cars around.

Another O/O that parks his truck where I park mine is in love with the color. He has a white 2007 Columbia. Much better condition than mine and wanted to trade even up. I had to decline.

Only real difference between the 2 other than mine is an 05 and his an 07 was he has the 14L S60 in his,.. cries about not being able to get better than 5 mpg. I tell him I get 6 with my CAT and he called BS. I showed him my receipts and then my book where I keep track of fuel and mileage. You would have to be really dedicated to fake 40 pages of a notepad just to lie about your fuel mileage. I even showed him my old book where when I first got the truck I was only getting 4.5 MPG.

That and glad I didnt entertain it because he had to do a new motor at 700k. Mine went to 1.2 million,.. and probably would still be going at 1.3 million had I not over heated and cracked the head.

My next truck will NOT be green. Least I hope not,.. said I would never own a Freightliner and look at me now. LOL
