I'm not saying your wrong or rught, but because you don't think it's a legitimate gripe doesn't mean it isn't to someone else.
Let's see we still pay 35% yet the amenities or perks that were included in that 35% no longer are however we still pay the exact same % for less services.
I could care less about the company car however when I signed my contract use of the company car was part of what was offered as a benefit to being leased onto SNI.
So if they decide to charge for qualcomm, trailers, using their OC's and transflo but still take 35% I suppose you'd be fine with that.
I've dealt with SNI for 12 years and I know from experience once they take something away it doesn't usually return and they move onto the next item they can take.
Example now we have to submit 2290 forms, we had to claim cali compliant.
Just little things that I know but still things our 35% used to pay for them too do. Now they do less and profit more.
I get what you're saying pick what really matters but who am I to tell you or anyone else what matters. Or what gives anyone the right to tell me what matters.
Truth is we all know nothing will be done, SCHNEIDER has all the leverage and we're at their mercy and that's how it is.
But as drivers we need a place to vent and you'd think a forum would be the place to do it however others seem to disagree so I'll let y'all have your say and I'll step away. I don't need to argue nor debate any longer.
