    Being honest got you in the situtation your in. If you would have said "No i didnt smoke pot at a party 4 years ago" then you would be rolling down the road makeing some money.

    Yes, I am, haven't been a "smoker" since H.S. last usage was an exception for my 50th b-day with some retired H.S. friends back home. Thank you, I appreciate your input.

    i have QUIT many jobs and yes, on my DAC, it'll say quit/resigned.

    i still get jobs.

    can't say for sure, but most times (maybe company policy..?) the former employer only states your time there, not every dirty little detail.

    unless you tested POSITIVE for pre-employment or random, you do not have to mention what happened 5 years ago!
