All you will be at smith is a truck number they don't care or want to know your name. Good miles 2500 you won't get a Peterbuilt for awhile so don't expect it.

Veriha: OTR Fleet 14 days out / 3 days home. Regional Fleet: 5-6 days out / 48 hours home. Per personnel at the Milton PA operating location - if you live more than 50 miles away you have the option of taking your equipment home.

I don't think they are a bad starter company for new grads just not a good fit for me personally. They offer $5,000 Tuition Reimbursement (TR) paid out @ $50 per week. NO VA OJT Apprenticeship Program which is a big drawback for me. After going solo: 35 CPM if receiving TR / 37 CPM if no TR. Their fuel bonus of 1-1.5 CPM is tied to truck idling times. Also their safety bonus is tied to review of inward facing driver cams - don't really like that either. On the plus side: don't require extended periods of staying out to get home time, EPIC VUE satellite TV in many trucks in their fleet, only 3 weeks OTR training phase compared to 8 weeks with some companies (e.g. Werner, Crete / Shaffer).
