It's not that your leveling valve is bad or that your air bags are not pumped. It's probably that your level is not at the correct height. Measure your 5th wheel height from the ground. Or the bottom of the trailer. If I remember correctly it should be around 4 feet. Adjust leveling valve accordingly.

I hear the scratching and grinding noise upfront. Could it be the valve still doing that??
-
Its your leveling valve.

I change my clutch thinking it was soing the grinding but didnt help once i change the valve that cure the problem its about $250. Easy to do it your self

I had the same problem. If your valve is bad it won't air properly or not at all. You're gonna have to get a Lil dirty on this one. Don't just look at air bags, get under there and knock on them. Get a tape measure and measure the distance from ground to bottom of trailer. Disconnect arm of valve... Move up and down... If it inflates and deflates bags, it's not bad...

There is a long list of simple stuff to check first. However I would suspect pinion nut has backed off a little in front differential. I know of no way to check that except pulling the power divider housing.
-
Does it change it you lock the power divider?
-
What is the distance it has to be???
-
4 feet

what do you mean ?
