Yeah a 1.1 across means a very wide banded antenna which is not efficient if i remember correctly..

maybe in your world. I could bet anyone if I took my antenna with lmr 400 lmr 240 or 213 r g with 18 or 15 ft. of length and get a 1.00 flat or 1.1 with a quality mount and stud. doesn't mean running down the highway. means me walking up to the truck with that equipment putting it on and taking a reading sitting still. and at the moment my antenna is off a hair at stinger length. little tweak I'm back at 1.00 flat. ya get what ya pay for and a antenna that will probably blow everything out of the water. on a field strength test .....

not efficient your too funny if it was me in your shoes I would have already dumped the lmr 240 and bought lmr 400 ultraflex with the best amphenol connectors I could buy. and since I run my box again I'm doing just that dumping the r g 213 for lmr 400 I always solve my problems quickly and if you saw how I run my coax on my crapcadia you would know why I get the results I get.........this site is getting to be too much for me too deal with..... I'm only on it because I really am bored silly

everything I've ever done has been trial and error..... everything has to be up to my high standards no one else's. I've given away and thrown away more crap than you can imagine.

and the good thing about my 8 pill is its in a 16 pill box. and when I'm not using it I throw a couple towels over it and it makes a really nice table ...... that's right I said it. it's a multi functional piece.... Lmao...... people in life just don't get it... everything in life is relevant to how you look at it....
