Back in the old days of 1992, I was part of a group called the Coalition to End the Permanent Congress. At our convention we had a man named Ross Perot speak to us. A group of five of us talked to him after the speech. It was suggested that he run for President. You know how that turned out. My wife and I were to have dinner with him the night after he dropped out of the race. Now to the point.
We got into a taxi with a man from the Middle East. He proceeded to tell us all about the evils of Israel. We just wanted to end the ride. He mentioned that food was the weak link in the defense of the US. He mentioned that trucks haul food. And that would be a good place to strike a blow for Islam. I am not a racist but I am a realist. Trucking is too important to freely turn it over to anyone that wants to do harm.
