    It is the same concept.
    I as well as @Cledus Snow offered information which was that Schneider doesn't hire out of Florida.
    However that could change in one day just like rates could change in one day.
    Get it?

    I didn't say you are lying, I said "if Schneider really did hire you".
    There is a difference. I don't know for sure to make a calm calling u a liar or to know if you're telling the truth.
    There are A LOT of people who come on here and make up random sheet so I just won't blindly and take to heart as 100% factual truth whatever someone posts on the internet.
    Nor should anybody blindly believe whatever I or other ICs say because obviously things do change and sometimes we don't find out right away.
    Don't believe everything Schneider tells u either... they do make up things including items as basic as appointment times.

    Not mention its really not averaging 1.40
    It's getting paid one way and paying to haul their freight back out.

    Nope, you file just like an LLC which is a sole proprietor for tax purposes. However you can file to be taxed as a c-corp even though you're not one & then pay yourself from a W2. A lot more paperwork involved.

    Not even close. As a business owner you have to look at the avg rate of ALL the miles your truck turns. His post was just saying what the avg rate would be.
